Weighted Options

Weighted options allow you to choose how likely a particular option's value is to be used in game generation. The higher a value is weighted, the more likely the option will be chosen. Think of them like entries in a raffle.

Choose the options you would like to play with! You may generate a single-player game from this page, or download an options file you can use to participate in a MultiWorld.

Game Options

Progression Balancing

A system that can move progression earlier, to try and prevent the player from getting stuck and bored early. A lower setting means more getting stuck. A higher setting means less getting stuck.
This is a range option.

Accepted values:
Normal range: 0 - 99

The following values have special meanings, and may fall outside the normal range.
  • 0: Disabled
  • 50: Normal
  • 99: Extreme

Accessibility

Set rules for reachability of your items/locations. **Full:** ensure everything can be reached and acquired. **Minimal:** ensure what is needed to reach your goal can be acquired.

Setup

Starting Soul Color

Determines which soul color the player will be when the run is started. If combined with Door Keys, the starting route's key will be given to you.

Dragon's Power Gem Requirement

Determines the percentage of gems required to beat the dragon.
This is a range option.

Accepted values:
Normal range: 1 - 100

Completion Condition

Chooses the completion condition of the game. - Dragon is the final multi-phase fight of the Cosmic Hub - Judge Creation is the final fight of the Time Hub - Riley is the final fight of the game. - Cat Gods Hairball is the final fight of the colloseum.

Features

Door Keys

Blocks the ability to enter doors without the corresponding key. Adds additional checks for completing routes for these door.

Randomise Color Reflects

Determines if you can reflect all colors of projectiles, or whether you need to get an item first. - Off: Can reflect any projectile back to enemies. - Single: Reflecting a color requires only a Soul Piece of that color. - Multiple: Color requirements scale based on which hub the fight is connected to. Cosmic Hub = 1, Time Hub = 2, Infinity Hub = 3

Randomisation

Cosmetics

Add cosmetics and their locations to the pool.

Battle Rewards

Chooses what battles will be added to the randomization. Their Battles and xps will be added. - Major Battles: Unique Battles which are fought on the main path of any route. - Unique Battles: Battles which feature a unique character. - All Battles: All non-spaceship battles.

Whether to include the Hillbert Hotel and its rooms, keys, battles and items to the pool. If Battle Rewards is enabled, Hillbert Hotel battles will be included.

Difficulty

Prevent Dragon 3

When enabled, Dragon 3 will no longer appear if you fight the dragon after completing only a single starting zone.

Local Items

Forces these items to be in their native world.
 

Non-local Items

Forces these items to be outside their native world.
 

Start Inventory

Start with the specified amount of these items. Example: "Bomb: 1"

Start Hints

Start with these item's locations prefilled into the ``!hint`` command.
 

Start Location Hints

Start with these locations and their item prefilled into the ``!hint`` command.

Excluded Locations

Prevent these locations from having an important item.

Priority Locations

Prevent these locations from having an unimportant item.
