What does randomization do to this game?

All the Items normally found in chests or given by NPCs are shuffled.

Entrances can be shuffled in various configurations.

Monster Parties can also be randomized and their power adjusted.

What is the goal?

The main goal is to defeat Chaos, which will usually require finding the Lute and defeated the 4 Fiends to restore the 4 Crystals. The number of required Crystals can be modified; as well, the Lute can require obtaining some number of Tablatures to open the Final Dungeon and reach Chaos.

What items from FF1 Pixel Remaster can appear in another player's world?

All Key Items, Consumables, Gils, Weapons and Armors can be found in another player's world. There's also an option to include Promotion Jobs.

What is a check in FF1 Pixel Remaster?

All chests as well as all NPCs that give an item in the original game. The Caravan Shop aso contains a check, for a price.

What do items from other worlds look like in FF1 Pixel Remaster?

There will be no visual difference from FF1 Pixel Remaster's chests and NPCs, but when found the textbox will inform you of the item's name and its target world.

• The King is not a check.
• The Bridge and the Canal are not Items. The Bridge will be built or not depending on your options, and Nerrick always build the Canal.
• The Giant is moved by a few tiles so that his Chests cannot be accessed without the Star Ruby.
• The Caravan check is always at the Caravan.
• When shuffling Entrances, the Caravan is an entrance that can be shuffled, don't forget about it.
