What does randomisation do to this game?

Items

Each character, costume, court, cup and ?-Panel item are randomised into the AP item pool. When you receive a costume, you will only be able to access that costume if you have the character for it.

For each cup, if you do not have the associated courts for it, you will not be able to score points for that round, blocking you from sending checks. For example, Basketball Mushroom Cup requires Mario Stadium, Koopa Troopa Beach and DK Dock. If you have Mario Stadium but not Koopa Troopa Beach or DK Dock, you will be able to complete round 1 of Mushroom Cup but not round 2 and 3.

You can unlock Sports Mix in 2 ways depending on your options, receiving the item "Sports Mix", or receiving each Sports Crystal (Red, Blue, Green, Yellow)

Locations

There can be many different locations depending on your settings, for example, if you have all 4 difficulties on for Exhibition Difficulty, you will have a location for beating each court on each difficulty, for example, Basketball Ex: Beat Mario Stadium ([Difficulty]).

For cups, if you have both Normal and Hard in Tournament Difficulty, you will have locations for each round of each cup, for example, Basketball: Beat [Difficulty] Mushroom Cup Round [1, 2 or 3].

What is the goal of the game?

There are 2 bosses in Mario Sports Mix, Behemoth and Behemoth King. Behemoth is accessed beating the star cups on each for each sport, finally beating star cup one last time to fight Behemoth at the end. Behemoth King is accessed by beating the Sports Mix Star cup.

There is another goal though, Win Cups. This is self-explanatory, you win the amount of cups, from 1 cup - 27 cups, the client keeps track of which Round 3 locations you've checked, then checks if you have the required number of cup wins to goal!

QoL Features

In 1.0.0, I introduced custom tournament options! This mean you can change the amount of periods/sets you play, and change the amount of time you have in a match! Furthermore, for Basketball and Hockey, there is now "Enable Points Win", which means if you or the opponent get the required amount of points to win, the period ends!

When playing exhibition, let's say you have both the normal and hard difficulties unlocked. If you play with hard CPUs and you win, you will also send the location for beating the court with normal CPUs! So, for the difficulty you play, you will send the check for that difficulty and the ones below as long as you have them enabled and unlocked!

What items can appear in other worlds?

Positive items include:

• Each cup for each sport OR Progressive Cup
• Each court OR Progressive Court
• Exhibition Difficulties
• Characters
• Special Meter
• ? Panel items

Negative items include:

• Negative coin
• Freeze Characters
• Half your time!
